Olivia Carter is a Program and Financial Compliance Officer for the Food Policy Program, managing multiple grantees in the African and Caribbean regions respectfully. Prior to this role, Olivia worked on the Food Policy team since 2019, supporting advocacy efforts across the program. Additionally, Olivia is currently pursuing her Master of Public Health at George Washington University.
