Edward Otico coordinates our work on trans fat elimination in Philippines. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a master’s in business administration. Emmanuel has managed salt iodization projects in Philippines for the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN). Most recently, he served as a consultant with the Iodine Global Network, focusing on salt iodization initiatives in Southeast Asia. Edward also has experience in consumer marketing for the pharmaceutical industry.
