Veena Menon is the Associate Director, Health Policy & Financing at the Global Health Advocacy Incubator (GHAI), where she leads a multi-country public financing advocacy portfolio focused on strengthening domestic health financing and improving budget formulation, execution, and accountability. Prior to joining GHAI, she held senior roles supporting federal health programs and global health partners, with a focus on health financing strategy and portfolio delivery. Veena holds a master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and a B.A. from the University of Delhi.
