Kriti is the Legal Associate, Law Database in Data for Health Initiative. She is responsible for creating a legal database for civil registration and vital statistics laws. Before joining GHAI, Kriti worked as a Research Associate, Global Health Law and Governance at the National University of Singapore Centre for International Law. In that role, she wrote about issues concerning pandemic prevention, preparedness and response, pathogen genomic sequence data-sharing, and the protection of traditional medicine under international law. Kriti is an attorney in the State of New York (since June 2023) and graduated with a Dual Masters degree in International Affairs and Law (M.I.A./LL.M) from Sciences Po University and Georgetown University Law Center in 2022. She is a human rights lawyer by training and a global health lawyer in practice. Kriti obtained her Bachelors in Law (B.A. LL.B) from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University in India in 2019.
