Emily Bartels-Bland is the Communications Manager for Health Systems Strengthening. Emily has 10 years of experience in international cooperation and global health communications. She has worked at the World Bank Group, the World Health Organization (PAHO/WHO) and Pathfinder International. She holds a master’s degree in international development and a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communications. Emily is a triple German-UK-US citizen and speaks English, German and Spanish. Before moving to the US, she lived in Germany, Scotland, Bolivia, Argentina and Lebanon.
