Binh Nguyen (Cabi) is a Program and Financial Compliance Officer for Viet Nam Programs, including tobacco control, drowning prevention and other public-health initiatives. Prior to this role, Cabi has 20-year-working experience with the U.S. Department of State and USAID in Viet Nam, managing multi-million USD programs of USAID/Viet nam on economic growth and governance portfolio and received high-level awards from the Government of Viet Nam. Cabi also served as an independent consultant for Deloitte Consulting firm in the U.S. Cabi has MBA from La Trobe University in Australia.
