Binh Nguyen (Cabi) is a Program and Financial Compliance Officer for Vietnam Programs, including tobacco control, drowning prevention and other public-health initiatives. Prior to this role, Cabi has 20-year-working experience with the U.S. Department of State and USAID in Vietnam, managing multi-million USD programs of USAID/Vietnam on economic growth and governance portfolio and received high-level awards from the Government of Vietnam. Cabi also served as an independent consultant for Deloitte Consulting firm in the U.S. Cabi has MBA from La Trobe University in Australia.
